I About Sanora In Sanford Florida

Our History

Sanora is a community that was established in 1973. 

Our Neighborhood

Sanora consists of 140 units including individual homes and

condos. As a property owner they each own 1/140 of the common areas. such as the front island, the clubhouse, recreation areas, parks and swimming pools. 


As a member, you will be issued one pool key. You will find the application in your welcome packet or in the Residents tab on this website.


Sanora HOA is governed by a voluntary, homeowner elected Board of Directors (Listed below). Our governing documents include Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Restrictions, included in your welcome packet or in the Residents Tab in this webiste.

Our Team

We would love to meet you! Please join us, we have monthly

Board of Director meetings on the first and third Tuesdays of every month, beginning at 7:00 pm, at the Clubhouse. 


Keep an eye open for notices on the bulletin boards located at both the Clubhouse and the front island.
