Sanora consists of 140 units including individual homes and
condos. As a property owner they each own 1/140 of the common areas. such as the front island, the clubhouse, recreation areas, parks and swimming pools.
As a member, you will be issued one pool key. You will find the application in your welcome packet or in the Residents tab on this website.
Sanora HOA is governed by a voluntary, homeowner elected Board of Directors (Listed below). Our governing documents include Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Restrictions, included in your welcome packet or in the Residents Tab in this webiste.
